I have a question about ADA4096-2.
At datasheet, it says absolute maximum is "(-V)-32V < Vin <(+V)+32".
Does this mean if -V = +V = 0V, can we input ±32V to Input pins?

Hi,
It is always recommended to operate on specified conditions. Operating at the abs max condition tells that if you exceed that value we would not be able to guarantee that the part will work beyond that.
Also, setting V+ = V- = 0V, would be fine but you would not be able to bias the internal transistors.

What I want to make sure is, if some voltage input to the device even if the power is off, would it broke the device.

If the device don't output anything when the power is off, it is ok.
Do you mean if we input 30V when power is 0V, would it broke the device?

Hi,
Input of 30V will not likely broke the device since it is described in its datasheet that it could handle input voltage up to 32V outside of each rail and this is of importance particularly in power supply sequencing issues.
ADA4096 have a robust input with overvoltage input protection which is discussed further on p.21 of datasheet.
