User guide for the LTC6373 evaluation board (DC2398A)

Hi, 
 I have a question, could you please answer it? 
 I am considering using the LTC6373. I purchased the DC2398A evaluation board, but I can't find the user guide on the ADI website. 
 Could you please provide the circuit diagram and explain the function of the jumpers? 
 I found the following guide (UG-2156) on Mouser's website, but is this the official guide? If it is official, could you please explain why it's not available on the ADI website?
