Good day. Wafer fabrication process is available on the "Wafer Fabrication Data" site of Analog Devices. Here's the link for the AD8226: https://www.analog.com/en/support/quality-and-reliability/programs-systems-and-tools/wafer-fabrication-data.html/. Based on this, AD8226 uses bipolar process technology.
