spice noise model for ltc6373 used as hydrophone amplier

Question

I am modelling the noise performance using LTspice of a LTC6373 used as a hydrophone amplifier, I have been unable to get the 8nV per root Hz input noise level stated in the datasheet. My modeled noise floor sits at 26-28nV per root Hz using the LTC6373 maximum gain setting. Does the supplied spice model correctly model the input noise, or is there possibly a stage missing in the model so that the output common mode offset noise appears as input noise?

 Good day. I tried verifying the noise model of LTC6373 and it seems that the part's noise specification is modelled correctly. I've measured 128 nV/&radic;Hz at the output for a gain of 16, meaning a noise floor of 8 nV/&radic;Hz around the input. You can check the test circuit attached for reference.
