ECG Signal 'Q' and 'S' are not in proper place

Question

I am using the recommended AD8232 Circuit [Picture Attached]. Why AD8232 ECG's Graph 'Q' is with the Base line (Green Line) and 'S' is below the Base line one the other hand, Reference or Ideal ECG's (ECG-1350 NIHON) 'Q' is below the base line and 'S' is with the base line [Picture Attached].

 Good day. Based on my understanding of ECG signal, I think the AD8232 signal seems good.
