The New Cross-Connection Technique for AD8235 or AD8233

Question

HI, 
 So as per the article mentioned below, for the New Cross-Connection Technique, I applied it for AD8421 and it is working very nicely. My project is space-constrained so was considering an IA in WLCSP and found AD8235.

 Q1. I was wondering how to apply the New Cross-Connection Technique for AD8235. 
 Q2. If not for AD8235, I was wondering if I could use this technique for AD8233. If yes, I couldn't find the value of R1 for it. 
 
 Please suggest.
