FIT Values

Good day. I've checked the Wafer Fab Data tool (https://www.analog.com/en/support/quality-and-reliability/programs-systems-and-tools/wafer-fabrication-data.html) and found this table for AD8220. Is the FIT rate on this table what you're looking for? You may also recalculate the value based on your operating temperature. Please ensure that you are using the part on the guaranteed operating temperature.
