Good day. Can you tell us more about how the VOS test is performed? Can you also share your test circuit? From your data, it seems that 1 unit is not passing. Have you tried retesting the unit if still failed the same parameter? The part can perform up to 125deg C. I'll check the value on theta JA and get back to you.
