Physical specifics of AD524S

Question

Does the AD524S have a metal bottom? Is it ok to put vias or traces underneath the component? I couldn't find this information in the datasheet.

Hi Charles2, 
 By metal bottom, do you mean e-pad? If thats the case, there are no epads in any AD524 packages, and I don't see any reason not to do the vias under the IC. Could you share your target application for this?
