The dual-electrode mode does not get the correct ECG signal

Good day. Can you share what type of electrode and/or the electrode specifications you are using in your design?

I'm glad to have your reply. I used an electrode made by myself, about 5 Ω, with the following shape. (I saw other posts saying that the electrode should use bent wires. Should I improve it?)
Then connect to the electrode holes on the PCB. Is it caused by an unstable connection?

Good day. It is recommended to use higher values for electrodes with high output impedance, such as cloth electrodes. I think this should improve your measurement. Also, AD8232 comes with an evaluation board (https://www.analog.com/en/resources/evaluation-hardware-and-software/evaluation-boards-kits/eval-ad8232.html#eb-overview) which you might want to explore for future references.
