The dual-electrode mode does not get the correct ECG signal

Question

There is no way to get the correct ECG signal, only a signal similar to noise 
 When an electrode is connected but not attached, the following waveform is obtained 
 After attaching, different waveforms are obtained 
 My schematic is based on Figure 62 of the manual， The homemade PCB is shown in the picture 
 What is causing these problems, and is it the reason why I used the wrong electrode?

 Good day. It is recommended to use higher values for electrodes with high output impedance, such as cloth electrodes. I think this should improve your measurement. Also, AD8232 comes with an evaluation board ( https://www.analog.com/en/resources/evaluation-hardware-and-software/evaluation-boards-kits/eval-ad8232.html#eb-overview ) which you might want to explore for future references.
