Can you specify in this picture which 2 copper pads associated with REF and OUT are you referring to?

Can you also share which INAMP are you using?

You have correctly identified the mystery pads in your 2nd photo, boxed in RED.  Each pad is approximately 1/4" square, and has 6 thru holes.  The diameter of these holes appears to accommodate AWG 26 wire or smaller.

The SMA connectors that I am familiar with look like this:

This device certainly cannot be mounted on the mystery pads.

So, again, what did your HW designers think could be mounted here.  Please provide a reference to a specific product or a manufacturer.  Even better, have one of those designers mount their selected component thereon and shoot me a photo.
