Customized SPICE Model for AD8421BRZ

HI Sijo,

I got SPICE Model for AD8421(AD8421.cir) from AD website.

But this AD8421.cir model has different VOSI & VOSO values, it is not matching with AD8421BRZ(VOSI=25uV & VOSO=250uV) parameters as per datasheet. 

Could you please provide customized SPICE model for AD8421BRZ, it should include all the parameters(VOSI, VOSO,  etc..) as per the AD8421BRZ datasheet values.

It is urgent requirement, please provide ASAP.

    Hi Tatarao K,

    Please see attached modified spice model to reflect the B-grade performance of AD8421, particularly on the input offset, output offset, input bias current, and input offset current.

    May I know what applications you are getting into?

    We are using this AD8421BRZ op amp for Current sense measurement with gain 80, and bandwidth is MHz.

    I have few queries regarding New Model AD8421BRZ which you shared with us,

    1. Temperatures effects not modeled, that means which temperature this model will support?.

    BEGIN Notes:

         * Temperature effects
         * PSRR

    2. As per the AD8421BRZ datasheet, VOSO is 250uV, but this model has -1.75mV( VOSO VOUT N015 -1.75e-3).

    Which one is correct?. this AD8421BRZ model or datasheet values?.
