LTC1043 variable resistance using switched capacitor

Hello,

For my project I need programmable precision variable resistance. I decided to use switched capacitor to have variable resistance so now I can use programmable external clock to control the resistance. My question is if you can verify my connections for using LTC1043 as switched capacitor. The connection is shown in figure attached. Thank you

  • Hi Nahit,

Your connection uses the switches on resistance that varies with input voltage.

The switch on resistance for a given input voltage is not the same from part to part.

In addition the connection from A to B is switched from a low on resistance to a very high off resistance.

Connections are correct If all the above is OK for the application.

Note: For new designs use the LTC6943.
