Op-amp as integrator

Integrator, op-amp to be used as integrator

We are looking for an op-amp that can be used as integrator (which output can be driven to saturation rail to rail) with the following main requirements:

  • Operating voltage 6 Volt
  • Quiescent current < 1 mA
  • Slew rate > 10V/us
  • Small package

Any op-amp to recommend?

    Thank you for the recommendation. The ADA4805 seems to work in the application where we convert a CMOS 3.3V signal to a signal that swings between 0 and -6V with a rise and fall time between 1 and 2 microseconds. If the ADA4805 output has no problem with running into saturation, I think the AD4805 will work in our application.

    An LTSpice simulation of the circuit is shown in the figures below.
