Hi,
We usually use solder paste at the pad, you align the unit to be soldered and then expose it to hot air.

Hi,
If I pur the component in this place, I can't acces under the pad to solde, you say "then expose it to hot air" What do you mean ? under the component or above the component ?
Now I see how to solde this component and I close the ticket thanking you in advance.
Best regards.

Hi,
It should be above the component for proper alignment since the heat will flow throughout the area where you direct your equipment.
