In LT6200-5 OPAMP datasheet it is given that gain bandwidth product is equal to 800MHz at Av>=5. What is the maximum frequency at which LT6200-5 can be operated with proper rise and fall time.?
Is there is any method to improve the rise and fall time for this LT6200-5 OPAMP?

You should be looking on the slew rate, which is defined as SR = 2piFA. For LT6200-5 that would be 210 V/us. This means that the maximum frequency of an undistorted signal that the part could amplify is F = (210 V/us)/(2pi*Vmax), thus dependent on the amplitude of the signal. Provided that the voltage levels are within the specified operating voltage range of the amplifier, this formula applies.
That would be the maximum Output Voltage.
