LTC6102 or Other Recommendation

Product Number: LTC6102

I have an application where I need to measure a current ranging from 10 uA to 50 mA with an accuracy of approximately 1% of the reading. I have read through many datasheets and have been breadboarding and simulating the LTC6102 which in practice seems to be good, but I wanted to see if there were any other options / architectures that might be better suited to measure this wide range of currents. Any suggestions?

Hi Hooman,

Thank you for the response. I used the parametric search to narrow my selection to the LTC6102. My question is more if there is a better solution or technique available I should research. For example, when reading through previous posts someone suggested using an AD8304 as a means to measure a large dynamic range. I hadn't considered that prior to seeing that post. I was hoping to see if there were any other similar type recommendations for a chip solution that is already available through ADI.
