How to measure the true rms value of a customizable trigger period?

Hello,

I have a problem now, I see that the measurement period of the true rms value of the AD637 is determined by the value of the external capacitor.
But I want to be able to measure the true rms value of a signal for one period.This means that I can precisely control the duty cycle of the rms chip.


Is there any conversion application?

    -> I think it is the other way around. The external capacitor value is determined by the input frequency. So once you have known your period and input frequency as well as your tolerable margin of error, you can refer to the graphs in page 15 of the AD637 datasheet to know the external capacitor values you should use.
