What is the input range of AD8130 working with 12V single power supply

Dear ADI Expert,

My customer wants to use AD8130 working with a 12V single power supply to make the summing circuit of the 2 inputs in the figure below. +VS=12V, −VS=0V, What is the input range of V1 and V2? Can these 2 inputs start from 0V? If not, which part number of ADI can do it? AD830?

Thanks.

Best regards.

    Hi,

The Input Common Mode Voltage from the 3 tables (5V, +/-5V, +/-12V) shows a typical value only and is 1.2 to 1.5V from your rails (e.g +/- 3.8V for supply rail of +/-5V). Given that it is only typical, I would like to consider the biggest headroom which is +/-1.5V.

For the mentioned supply pf 12V/GND, the input would be +1.5V to 10.5V and cannot accommodate 0V input.
The AD830 also requires headroom from the rails.

Do you intend to use this as summing op-amp? What are your other requirements?
We may find other suitable part for your application.

    Thanks and regards!
