Converting Sine wave (Input = bipolar +/- 2.5 Vpp @ 10MHz) to Square wave (Output= unipolar 0 to +5V)


I need to design a circuit to convert since wave to square wave. The sine wave is a +/- 2.5 Vpp  and it is at 10 MHz and get a square wave on the output with 0 to 5V at 10 MHz.  I need a fast voltage comparator that can handle the speed and output square wave close to 5V.  I looked through the Q&A and I saw there is a comment to use the ADCMP600, but I don't see any response that will do the job.  Could you please let me know your thought.
