I have a 1v8 25MHz square wave signal, what I want to do is get the same frequency but different voltage level square wave output. I want to use a digital controlled PGA or VGA, then I found ADL5201, I know my signal is kind of low to use this IF device, but I couldn't found another digital controlled PGA or VGA.
Also because I am in rush to have this project done, I am thinking use the Evaluation board directly for my project.
1, My signal is single ended signal, I want to know if I can use the Evaluation board(there are two transformers on the board to do single end and differential convertion)?
2, What is the lowest operation frequency for ADL5201?
3, If ADL 5201 is not good for my case, any advise?

The evaluation board would be a good method to test your idea. The transformer perform the single ended to differential conversion.
With a changes of bias inductors the evaluation board will operate down to 4 MHz.
The ADL5201 can handle a maximum swing od 10.8 V p-p (differential) and 10 V p-p (differential) at its output.As long as the signle swing stays within these levels the part should work in your application.
My signal is 25MHz square wave, if I don't change anything on the board, is it ok?
The ADL5201 will operate at 25 MHz with no changes to the components.
