Hi yk,
I already contacted the application engineer of this part. I will let you know if we have data on this. In the meantime, you can check the Figure 38 to 42 of the AD8629 datasheet. It shows you the voltage noise density of the parts at different supply voltage and frequency range.
Best regards,
Emman
Hi yk,
According to the product application engineer of this part, we do not have a max value of the noise density. The best information that we can provide is the graph on Figure 38 to 42 of its datasheet, The AD8629 is a zero drift amplifier and has a chopping frequency,Fchop, at 15kHz that contributes to additional noise energy spectrum at Fchop.

Emman
Hi Emmanuel,
Thank you for your answer, and I apologize for my reply being late.
For reference, let me ask you some questions.
In your experience, how much does the maximum noise value become? +20% of typical value? +30%?
Does ADI check the noise by ATE in the product line? How much is the values?
Best Regards,
yk
Hi yk,
Because of the random nature of the noise, we can really only give you a typical value for it. Noise is not tested on ATE... Usually the values are taken from bench evaluation with about 5 to 10 parts.

Emman
Hi yk,
It's my pleasure to help you out. If your customer has any other concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
Best regards,
Emman
