ADCMP567 Input rise time bandwidth

Question

Hello, 
 I am doing survey on comparators in my OCP application but I am not sure I understand the parameters in the comparator datasheet clearly. 
 What does input equivalent rise time bandwidth and toggle rate in AC performance in its datasheet mean? 
 Does 5GHz input equivalent rise time bandwidth means that it can handle input frequency upto 5GHz?
