I found below Caution statement (given below) provided in the Datasheet of AD812ARZ-REEL7. Shall i consider it as tested value.
ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive device. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000 V readily
accumulate on the human body and test equipment and can discharge without detection.
Although the AD812 features proprietary ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may
occur on devices subjected to high energy electrostatic discharges. Therefore, proper ESD
precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality.
ESD SENSITIVE DEVICE
That is the general statement that is on most of our data sheets. It says:
-- The human body can have an ESD charge as high as 4000 V.
IT DOES NOT SAY THAT THIS PART CAN WITHSTAND 4000 V.
Someone from the amplifier group will have to tell you the exact ESD rating for this part.
Some parts pass 1kV, some pass 2kV, etc.
