Misleading Spice model of ADA4096

Hi,

As per the information given in the datasheet the voltage noise density is 27nV/Sqrt(Hz).

I have downloaded the spice model of ADA4096 and simulated as shown in attachment. The simulation results show that the voltage noise density is around 800nV/Sqrt(Hz).

Please clarify.

Thanks,

Jebas.

  • Thanks Harry.

    I am using Simetrix.

As you have pointed out, there is no relation between the input AC source amplitude and the noise measurement with respect to this simulator.

Anyway, I have simulated as per your suggestion. PFA for the simulation setup and the output noise. Still the noise amplitude remains same in simulation.
