AD633 error on LTSPICE

I want to use AD633 as a squaring IC for my circuit. The problem is that when i want to simulate it on LTSpice sofware, it gives me error

Analysis: Time step too small .........

I have read about this problem on diffrerent forums and had adopted those procedures but the problem, still exits.

I used .mod instead of cir file, i had created symbol using LTSpice, but with all the methods, the problem still exists.

I will be really grateful for the help.
