Examples of stacking circuit has been posted on the ADR5045 data sheet. Please refer to Figure.21.
Figure 21a shows three ADR5045 devices configured to give 15 V.

Apologies for the delay of response. I am not actually sure about the configuration you are looking into but if you are thinking stacking the ADR5041 and ADR5043 like this to get a -0.5 V:
This will never work and it will not give you a -0.5 V.
If you create a 2.5 V then a separate 3 V then you can have a -0.5 V between these two nodes.
My questions is what do you really want to do? Do you have a particular configuration that you want me to check if it is gonna work or not?

You have to worry about the noise when you use operational amplifier. Therefore I want to know how to make -0.5V only reference voltage without using an operational amplifier.
