I want to drive a MEMS device that is <10pF. We would like to be able to go 0 to +200V at 40KHz. Is there some way to boost the output voltage and keep the linearity?
I believe the ADA4700-1 itself can't go to 200 V output and adding a circuit after the op amp to boost its output can't be achieved without affecting some crucial parameters of the op amp.
But i have forwarded your question to the product owner of this device if he had any recommendations with your query.
Apologies for late response!
