Differential voltage 0 to 300 milli Volts across a shunt

Dear Analog Devices,

I have been trying to sense the differential voltage 0 to 300 milli Volts across a shunt (Typically 500 milli Volts).

I felt AD636 and AD736 will meet my application, I have gone through datasheet and felt AD736 circuit is simple and better. As per the datasheets I have 3 simple circuits to start with, One with AD636 and Two circuits with AD736 which I have uploaded. I have tested both the circuit but I couldn't find proper output. To avoid confusion I want to continue the thread first with AD636 and later with AD736 to understand the True RMS to DC circuit's. Circuit in data sheet seems to be simple but I couldn't find proper output. Is the circuit I used is correct or not. DC_Out is interfaced to micro controller ADC Pin (12 ADC). I couldn't find relevant voltage at the output of our convertor.


Before every thing Can I use AD636/AD736 to sense the differential voltage 0 to 300 milli Volts across a shunt (Typically 500 milli Volts).
