Which is the best between AD8206 and AD8213?

I'd like to measure the current of my resistive load (V=48Vdc, I=4A, Rload=12 ohm, Rshunt=0.04 ohm) and I'm thinking to use AD8206 or AD8213.

I could use AD8213 because it allows to set the low-pass filter and it has the buffered output voltage but I don't find which is the max differential voltage that it can tolerate (in the AD8206 datasheet I find "Differential Input Survival −25 V to +75 V).

In my application, if the load go in short and before the action of the fuse, the differential voltage in the AD8213 could be 48V. Is this differential voltage problematic for the AD8213?
