What is the random jitter specification of ADCMP566 dual high speed comparator?

Question

I need to select a high speed ECL output comparator. The ADCMP581 is very attractive given it's low propagation delay and random jitter specifications, however it is also desirable to have a dual comparator so that the temperature coefficient of the two comparators will presumably be closely matched. The ADCMP566 would be suitable, except that the datasheet does not give a specification for random jitter. Is it possible to obtain this figure?
