About noise mesurement

Hi there,

I want to measure 1/f noise spec by oscilloscope.

I found the article about the following link.

About Figure 2, tere is the active BPF, can you tell me the detail of this filter?

(The type of filter, the order of filter on HPF and LPF,etc)

    Good Day.

    The Active BPF that was used in this article will be likely made up of: Gain Stage – HPF – LPF. The first stage is a gain stage where it will amplify the noise from the output of OP213 which has a gain of 1000. Next stage will be the HPF followed by the LPF. HPF and LPF stage is composed of 4 order filter which consists of 2 HPF and 2LPF. But keep in mind that the Op-Amps being used in the filters must have a lower noise floor compared to the one being tested. The topography of the filter that is being used is a butterworth filter.
