Are AD628 and AD629 able to survive to a 4kV ESD pulse of 1 to 3ns at their inputs ?
Apologies if I missed this thread. We test ESD according to the industry standards for every part and you can refer to this Reliability Handbook (UG-311) for the test methods. We checked the part and we don't think it will survive 4kV, so to be safe, I recommend to use an external protection.

I saw in the UG-311 document that most parts are designed to survive 2kV human body model but there are exceptions ... Are AD628 and AD629 designed to survive the 2kV or they are part of the exceptions not meeting the 2kV ?
