AD8138S - Radiation questions SEU and Dose Rate questions

Good afternoon,

In the ADI_AD8138AL_QMLR PDF there are notes 5 and 6 at the bottom of page 4 that describe enhanced low dose rate effects.  The datasheet doesn't elaborate on what these effects might be, is there any test data available that could possibly show what these effects are?

Also, are there any SEU concerns for this part?  I did not see any mention of this possibility in the datasheets.

One final question, can this device be run from a +/- 3V dual supply?  Or are the only options +/-5V or single ended 5V and 3V?

    Analog Devices supplies two models of the space qualified AD8138S devices. The 01 models are TID High Dose Rate Tested to 100Krad in accordance with MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1019, condition A. The 02 models are TID Low Dose Rate tested to 75Krad also, in accordance with MIL-STD-883, Test Method 1019, condition D. Generic TID High Dose Rate and Low Dose Rate test reports are available on the AS8138S product page.

    For your SEU concerns, Analog Devices has not performed any Single Event Effects (SEE) testing on the AD8183S devices. It is the responsibility of the Procuring Activity to screen products from Analog Devices, for compliance to radiation tolerance specifications for specific space level applications.
