Accurate measurements of mA DC currents

I was wondering if there is an accurate IC based approach to measuring currents from 0 to 100 mA that might be easier to implement instead of a shunt resistor-amplifier setup.  The measured currents are an output to a hall effect sensor.  The models I am looking at quite accurate to the extent that some of the better current measurement DAQs will add significant error to the secondary current. and defeat the purpose of the sensor.
