Hello everyone. I design to 0-10 V transmitter for load cell and ı use op-177 amplifier. But ı have a big problem, if full weighting ı can reading output 10 v and ı can changing output voltage. But if not weight on scale ı must be read 0 V but i am read 2V or 1V. I change everything but ı can't to read 0V. This is my schematic please someone help me . Kırmızı,siyah, beyaz,yeşil is red, black, white and green cable of load cell.
I believe the bigger problem is that you have differential outputs from the load cell, and a general purpose amplifier would not be suited for this application. I would recommend you use an instrumentation amplifier instead. You can check the AD8421 or the AD8422. The link below is a guide for using instrumentation amplifiers and should be of help:
A Designer's Guide to Instrumentation Amplifiers, 3RD Edition, 2006 | Education | Analog Devices
We have a page on the Analog website which specifically focuses on weigh scale applications. See the link below:
I hope this helps!
Thanks for reply. Now ı read all document ı hope find my answer. But there is no possibility to work this way
Hi again. krisf can ı ask you another question. When ı read op177 datasheet and ı see typical offset voltage is 40 uV but ı set up test circuit my offset voltage 5 mV. Maybe this is a problem. What can ı do for this.
Could you provide your test schematic?
