AD8390A IB

I read Datasheet Rev.C.
I have a question.

Is there red arrowy resistance for IB?
Or is it here only for a termination?

It's usually unnecessary, but would this resistor be necessary for return from a power down mode?

When output was high impedance, I'm uneasy about a bias's functioning.

In a power down mode, how is the common voltage decided to middle electric potential?
Is the resistor of a red arrow necessary then?
Or is the connection with the simple capacitor enough?

I'd appreciate it if you could answer my questions.

Please.
