Do you have any transimpedance amplifier that can amplify picoampere or lower current ?
Any op amp with low low input bias current, can have a resistor added to form a TIA.

If this is for one system at room temperature, you ccould use almost any CMOS op amp with TYPICAL
input bias current that is low; HOWEVER, not a guaranteed max. E.G. AD8603.
