Thank you for your reply. 'ADA4922-1ACP-EBZ' is described in the data sheet and available for purchase. Our customer had orderd it. So we'd like to have the documents such as circuit, PCB informations.  And if it's better to recomend other board, we'd like to know it. We'd like to know both of them.

I'm sorry but it does not look like we have anything for the LFCSP package. If you can work with the SOIC package, you can use the board in UG-474.
