I have read the ADA4310-1 data sheet.
Is the input power supply voltage different depending on the package?
Why is that?
Is it not allowed to use between 0 V and 12 V using the 16-Lead LFCSP package?
Best regards;
Ah, I understood. Thank you.
In addition,
Please let me check one.
Can I use the LFCSP package with a single power supply?
Is there any adverse effect on the GND pin even with NC?
Or may I need to prepare the middle voltage with low impedance?
Best regards;
Hi Mochi,
You can find your answer on page 11 of the ADA4310-1 datasheet. The MSOP package doesn't have a dedicated pin for negative supply and uses the E-pad as reference to ground, you can only use it on single supply applications. While the LFCSP has a pin for negative supply. You can use the LFCSP package either single or dual supply mode.

Your advice was quick and helped me very much.
thank you very much.
Hi Mochi,
Yes, you can use LFCSP with a single power supply. You just have to make sure that your inputs is within the input voltage range. As for the single supply configuration, you just have to short the GND and -Vs pins.
