ADCMP572 working current unstable  issue

Dear Specialists,

       Now we are usinig ADCMP572 in laser finding project. During the test, the working current  increase. 

Can you kindly help to advice how to solve it?

Below is the sequence,

(Vcc 3.3v, working current  150mA, signal pulse 10Mhz, voltage high  1v while low 0v, pulse bandwidth 20ns)

    Hi Verti,

    The ADCMP572 typically consumes 44mA with VCCI=VCCO=3.3V condition. Is the 150mA measured at the output of your VCC supply? There are other components connected to your VCC like the voltage divider(R27 & R34) at the VTN which can consume some current and may have caused the current consumption to increase to 150mA. You may also want to check if there are other components connected to VCC as I don't have your complete schematic.
