I have a question about the AD8495. Please take a look at the attachment.

 
I think it is not out of spec, but I would like to know the cause of these variation.

    The equation Vout(mV)=a0+a1*T+a2*T^2~+a6*T^6 is used to correct the nonlinearity and should be implemented in the software?
    
 
    
 
    I understand +/-1.5mV is the expected total error after correcting for the nonlinearity from the AD8495.
    
 
    What causes the +/-1.5mV error?
