Should the marking be 787A or H787A?
Is this old revision correct? (see the last page) HMC787ALC3BTR datasheet(18/18 Pages) AD | Conversion loss: 9 dB typical at 3 GHz to 9 GHz
Today there is a new revision of this datasheet and there is 787A. I think it's correct.
But we have old supply of 2016.
A similar case has already been: HMC3587LP3 ; What is the correct package marking , H3587 or 3587, datasheet has contradictory information?
The line is there in the datasheet to indicate two different rows. From the package marking it appears the part in the picture looks correct.
I have HMC3587 with the line.
The marking does not compliant datasheet too, but there is a link that there is a mistake in datasheet: https://ez.analog.com/docs/DOC-15963
By the way, datasheet has not been corrected yet.
Can anyone give a clear answer? ADI??????
I can not start the manufacturing during a week. Thanks to ADI support!
On HMC products the line between the Part# and the Lot# indicates RoHs compliance.
Is there any document with this information? I have ever heard this too.
And please look at the photo of the label. They are RoHS compliance both.
I have checked the datasheet again. If dmailloux is right - the line should be.
And there is only RoHS versions and no others.
