Thank you,Alex. I have realized the function of 5A current with OP07.Now I want to make a 15A constant current source, which is not realized with OP07 and the current is not stable. I hope you can recommend the relevant circuit.Specific requirements are as follows:
1. sinking current to ground, Lithium battery discharge (29V) ,15A current.
3.Current accuracy within 5%.
4.load: Resistive load 1-2.5 ohms
5.output:Lithium battery 29V, MAX30V
6.transistor:used MOS IRF540, shunt resistor 5 Ω。
I have read the data manual of LT1492, there is a recommended circuit on it, I don't know whether it works or not.If you have a better recommendation circuit or better information，I would appreciate it。

It seems to me that your requirements has error
shunt resistor 5 Ω
15 A current will create 75 V drop voltage at this shunt, this is unacceptable large value.
load: Resistive load 1-2.5 ohms
That you mean? If I understand it correctly, this is resistor between battery and power transistor? What function do you want to assign to this resistor?
