should be ok as long as the outrput voltage swing from the AD8352 doesnt exceed the max full-scale of the AD9204. if ac coupling, no need to worry abput the common mode voltages. if dc coupling, the output VCM of the amp should match the acceptable VCM range of the ADC. in some cases the VCM of the ADC may not be something that the amp can support.
