LTC6800 with 15mV fluctuation on the output

Hey, I am currently using LTC6800 with a DC output that has fluctuation of about 15mV. The output is connected to a microcontroller.

I can only think of two option:

1) Add a low pass filter (RC) on the output of LTC6800 to reduce the fluctuation.

2) Add a (50om to 200ohm) resistor inline between the output of LTC6800 and microcontroller.

Question: Is there any other way of reducing the fluctuation on the output of LTC6800?

Would there be any issue if I put a load (resistor to ground) on the output of LTC6800 as a part of reducing noise?

I hope to hear your response.
