OP213 Noise Spectral Density vs Noise Peak to Peak

Hello,

I am planning on using a OP213 for a low noise circuit. I see the datasheet and it is stated that the peak to peak noise over 0.1-10 Hz bandwidth is 120 nV peak to peak. I do the hand calculation and I get a noise of about 3 to 4 times that value. Indeed, if I use LTSpice to simulate the noise on this amplifier, I also get ~ 60 nV rms over 0.1-10 Hz bandwidth. This is about 360 nv peak to peak.

I'd like to clarify on this noise figure. Is that 120 nV peak to peak wrong? I get that number if I only count white noise in that region, without adding 1/f component.

Please could you help me figuring out?

Thanks
