ADA4939-1 Pad Connection

Question

The question is about the ADA4939-1: 
 To which voltage level the exposed pad shall be connected? 
 Fig.53 in the datasheet indicates, that the pad is connected via 5 vias to a burried GND-Layer. 
 Nowhere else in the datasheet the recommended voltage level is mentioned. 
 Just to be sure: Can Analog Devices confirm that Fig. 53 is showing the correct voltage level connection of the exposed pad?

Hi Joho, 
 The EPAD can be left floating or connected to either supply line, it is electrically isolated. Figure 53 gives a recommendation for optimal thermal performance. In order that heat is dissipated efficiently, the epad should be tied to the largest plane available. Typically, this will be the ground plane. You will see this connection on the evaluation board of the ADA4939.
