The EVAL-OPAMP-4 can accommodate surface mount resistors and capacitors of size 0805 to 2512. There are allocations for through-hole components so you can use those, too. The EVAL-OPAMP-4 is available for both TSSOP and SOIC packages, so you can use either one depending on the package you're using for the AD8574.
