Application of LT1991

I would like to use LT1991 as a differential amplifier with Gain of 0.4

My supply voltages are +12VDC and -12VDC

Input = differential voltage signal of 42V max.  (i.e.,  +21V to -21V w.r.t. GND or 0 to 42V w.r.t. GND or -42V to 0V w.r.t. GND)

I am trying to use LT1991 Online Design Tool - Beta Version

And configured as follows:

And from the highlighted text what i understand is my signal range at the differential inputs cannot exceed +12V and -12V.

But as per requirement [ differential voltage signal of 42V max.  (i.e.,  +21V to -21V w.r.t. GND or 0 to 42V w.r.t. GND or -42V to 0V w.r.t. GND)]

Will this configuration support my requirement ?

or

is there any other topology which I need to try implementing ?
